PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A small department of the South Australian government known as Education Adelaide contact Dragonfly Software to enhance their contact management system and leverage the existing investment into Microsoft technologies.

Having existing skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook development, Dragonfly Software developed a customised contact management system within the familiar Outlook environment.

Through the use of Outlook Custom Forms, the advanced use of Views, and the compatibility of the Microsoft Office suite of applications, Dragonfly Software was able to develop a simple to use, low cost custom development solution for Education Adelaide.

By tailoring the contact management feature set to be more applicable to the exact needs of Education Adelaide, particularly around the area of event management and attendance tracking, Education Adelaide were able to gain greater market insight into their own network and improve their service levels.
